How Long Will I Have to Wear Invisalign?

While Invisalign is a dramatic improvement over traditional braces for many patients, people are often still anxious about many facets of the treatment plan. Our team does our very best to answer every possible question you might have in hopes of making any treatment as excellent as it can be.

The Invisalign treatment plan most definitely differs from person to person. The biggest factor in the plan is the severity of the case and the movement that must occur to bring about the results a patient is looking for. Although the average treatment lasts around 12 months, a free consultation can help us determine exactly what plan will work best for you.

On a daily basis, it’s important to wear the aligners for the vast majority of the day, around a minimum of 20-22 hours/day, for best results. This means that merely sleeping with the aligners in will not be sufficient. During the daytime, most patients observe minor pain or problems wearing the aligners, and there are still a wide variety of food and beverages that patients can consume while undergoing an Invisalign treatment.

More than 3 million patients have been treated with Invisalign, making the treatment one of the best options for straightening teeth and making a smile beautiful again.

Our office is a Top 1% Invisalign provider with years upon years of successful experience with the treatment.
